About Our President
Dana Harrison started her professional career in 1985 managing workers compensation claims. She held positions of Senior Claims Examiner, Claims Supervisor, Claims Manager, and Director of Claims. Dana set up a Third Party Administration in 1994 and managed the claims department for a number of years. She has a significant desire to help employers by lowering their claims costs which significantly reduces workers compensation premiums. Dana's free time involves traveling and summers on the lake.
I have had the pleasure of working directly with Dana Harrison at 360 Risk Partners for close to a year now. Dana has been a huge asset to Bright Futures Academy in her role of managing our Workers’ Compensation claims. I am always amazed at her organization, thoroughness, legal compliance and overall claims management. Dana has handled our older claims as well as any new claims, and she is the only one that has been able to actually get old claims closed. Dana has a way of gently prodding the adjusters and asking the right questions to get the claim moved towards closure. She also manages the claim to ensure only appropriate services are approved and provides oversight and follow though along the way.
Another of Dana’s strengths is her ability to understand the client’s side of the business. She always has the best interest of her clients in every situation. Dana’s professionalism is witnessed in everything that she does. She also is a lot of fun!
